America's Network Collection program designed for the client to pay one flat fee per account regardless of the balance or age. America's Network Collection is a full service pre-collection program where collection letters, phone calls, and credit reporting are utilized. America's Network Collection is an excellent tool to weed out checks, which do not require extreme collection measures. America's Network Collection allows you to pay one flat rate (as low as $5.00 per account) as opposed to paying a percentage of what is collected.

Contingency Based Collection Service America's Network Collection
America's Network Collection is a percentage-based collection program where past due checks are collected for a fee based upon a percentage of the total dollars collected. When an account enters America's Network Collection, an ACA certified collector is assigned to the account immediately. That collector conducts all collection activity all the way through litigation, should it become necessary.

1. Very effective, even on older or stubborn accounts
2. We will skip-trace debtors at no charge
3. No fee unless we collect
4. Legal counsel available in all states when litigation necessary
5. Accounts are assigned to ACA certified collectors
6. Debtor information is reported to national credit bureaus

Check Recovery Service America's Network Collection
America's Network Collection is a cost free check collection program. When a check is returned on your account the bank sends you a notice and forwards the bounced check directly to our processing center for collection. We add a reasonable service fee ($15 to $30), which varies by state, to face amount of the check as our fee. When the check is collected we remit the entire face amount of the check. There are no collection fees or deductions.

1. Service fee paid by the check writer
2. Diplomatic approach will not offend customers
3. We will skip-trace debtors at no charge
4. No minimum number of checks required
5. Outstanding collection rate
6. Accounts are assigned to ACA certified collectors
